The well known figure in the advertising agency has taken the step of teaching MBA to students of Lancaster University Management School. It is indeed a lucky batch of MBA students as Mr. Roberts treats them a part of his company Saatchi & Saatchi giving them the equivalence of on the job training . With innovative thinking all the suggestions & criticism by his MBA batch is welcome. In fact when one of his MBA students pointed out the lack of internet presence of Saatchi & Saatchi he said immediate rectification would be done. The MBA students are having the unique experience of learning from a CEO & presenting their ideas and their views to him personally.
